Sometimes, I wonder how one person can become so important to another. How someone can enter your life and slowly become a part of your thoughts, your dreams, and even the silence between your words. It's strange how the world can remain exactly the same, yet feel completely different because one person exists in it.
I don't love you because I think you're perfect. I love the little things that make you who you are, the things you might not even notice about yourself. I love the way ordinary moments become meaningful when they involve you, and how a simple conversation with you can stay in my mind long after it ends.
If there's one thing I've learned about love, it's that real feelings aren't measured by beautiful promises. They're measured by honesty, patience, and the willingness to understand someone even when they're difficult to understand. Love isn't about finding someone who never makes mistakes; it's about finding someone whose imperfections you can see without forgetting their worth.
Sometimes, I wish I could pause time during the moments when everything feels right. Not because I'm afraid of the future, but because some moments are too beautiful to pass so quickly. Maybe that's what makes life so bittersweet: the things that mean the most to us are often the things we can never keep exactly as they are.
I don't know what tomorrow holds, and I can't promise that life will always be kind to us. But I know that meeting someone who makes the world feel a little less lonely is something worth appreciating. And if love means anything to me, it's this: finding someone whose existence makes you grateful that your paths crossed in a world where they could have remained strangers forever.
You may never fully understand what you mean to me, because some feelings are too deep to fit inside words. But if I could explain just one thing, it would be that I don't need you to be perfect, and I don't need every moment to feel like a fairytale. I just want something real, something honest, something that remains meaningful even when life stops being beautiful.
Because maybe love isn't about promising someone forever. Maybe it's about making the time you have together mean something that even time itself cannot erase.
