او با تمام داراییش از مهمانان پیاده ی حسین میزبانی میکند. شاید چند لیوان شیر برای خیلی ها چیز با ارزشی نباشد. ولی کل دارایی او همین چند لیوان است که به اشتراک گذاشته است. مطابق آمار منتشر شده در اربعین 2018، زائران خارجی اربعین از حدود 50 کشور خود را به سرزمین عشاق رسانده بودند، دو میلیون و نیم ایرانی و نیم میلیون زائر از کشورهای دیگر از جمله لبنان، کویت، عربستان، هند و پاکستان آمده بودند.
