🏴Great men of history Abis ibn Abi Shabeeb Shakeri Abis was one of the prominent Shias and one of those who delivered a letter from the Kufis to the Imam in Mecca after they pledged allegiance to Muslim. His bravery was such that the enemy couldn’t fight him man-to-man. They stoned him and he took off his armor and helmet and fought until he was martyred in the siege of the enemy. 🏴Great men of history Abdullah ibn Umayr Kalbi He is one of the first martyrs who went to the battlefield. He left Kufa with his wife at night and joined the Imam in Karbala on the 8th of Muharram. After Abdullah’s martyrdom, his wife went to his body and she was cleaning dust from his face when Shimr’s servant struck her head with a mace and she was martyred next to her husband.
