Between Dreams and Wires
The city never sleeps.
It only dreams with its eyes open.
Neon lights melt into the rain,
faces appear in windows that do not exist,
and somewhere between one thought and another,
reality quietly forgets my name.
I walk through a world made of memories,
where every door leads somewhere I have already been—
or somewhere I have never existed.
Maybe dreams are not places we visit.
Maybe they are places that visit us.
And when I finally wake up,
I can still hear the city whispering:
“Are you sure this is reality?”
