Kokomi :
Kokomi is the young Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island and a descendant of the Sangonomiya Clan, Kokomi is in charge of most of Watatsumi's affairs, shouldering heavy responsibilities alone in hopes for giving Watatsumi Island's people the hopes and happiness that they desire. She is well-versed in the art of war, is good at strategizing, and has keen insights into military affairs. She is also adept at handling domestic affairs, diplomacy, and other matters.

Kaedehara Kazuha ★:
Kazuha is a samurai and a member of the Kaedehara clan. He has a friend called "Tomo" who was an electro vision user and was killed by the Raiden Shogun. Kazuha is troubled by his past and many burdens from it and took his late friend's vision with him as a keepsake. He is a gentle and carefree soul whose heart hides a great many burdens from the past. Kazuha is a polite and well-spoken person. Unlike other noble Inazuman clan members, he prefers going out and traveling rather than staying put indoors, something that he is able to do due to the seizure of his clan home.
