📚به وقت #کتاب #عصر_تباهی پس از اثبات ناکارآمدی سازمان بازرسی شاهنشاهی در سال 1355، زمانی که برنامه پنجم عمرانی با ناکامی های شدید مواجه شده بود، شاه خود را از شر این سازمان رها کرد و تصمیم غلط تری گرفت؛ او دستور تشکیل سازمان جدیدی به نام« کمیسیون شاهنشاهی» را صادر کرد. معینیان، از دفتر مخصوص شاه به عنوان هماهنگ کننده این کمیسیون برگزیده شد و افرادی هم از سازمان بازرسی شاهنشاهی و ساواک به کار گرفته شدند. هدف این کمیسیون از بین بردن عدم کارایی و بی لیاقتی در وزارتخانه ها و سازمانهای دولتی اعلام شد. با همین شعار عوام فریبانه، هویدا این کمیسیون را « قویترین بازوی قدرت اجرایی» توصیف کرد. هویدا اظهار امیدواری کرد که این کمیسیون دولت را در اجرای برنامه های سیاسی و اقتصادی خود در مسیر صحیحی هدایت و یاری دهد. اما پس از دو سال با پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی و فرار شاه و اعدام هویدا، ملت ایران از بار سنگینی که به نام اصلاحات دروغین کمیسیون شاهنشاهی بر پشت خود احساس می کرد، رهایی یافت. ص۴۶ When the inefficiency of the royal investigation organization was approved in 1976 and the fifth civil plan failed severely, Shah got rid of the organization and made a more destructive decision. He established a new organization called royal commission. He appointed Moieniyan as the coordinator of the commission and some people from the royal investigation organization and SAVAK were recruited. Its objective was to remove inefficiency of the ministries and governmental organi zations. Hoveida depicted this commission as the most powerful executive force with the same demagogic motto. Hoveida hoped that this commission would direct the government in a proper path to execute its economic and political plans.
