And every person is after something. One person is after money. Another is after fame. Yet another desires beauty. And the list continues. 🔹Take anyone in this world and ask them what they desire. After they answer, ask them the following question: 🔸'if you had a choice between acquiring a smaller amount of {whatever they desire} and a larger amount, which one would you choose?' 🔹It is impossible that they choose anything except the larger amount. 🔸Then ask them this question: 🔹'if you could choose between having a large amount of {whatever they desire} and an infinite amount of it, which would you choose?' 🔸No matter who you ask, the answer will always be infinity. 🔹So whatever it is that people truly desire... they desire it in its infinite form. 🔸Another name for that 'infinity' is Allah. 🔹That is what you truly desire. 🔸Islam says: firstly recognise and understand what you are truly after (Ma'rifah). Secondly, don't sell yourself short by choosing the limited version at the cost of the infinite. #زبان @talabekhariji
