#Monji_International_Schools #Kawthar_School #Girls_School #Exam_Schedule #2024-2025 Exam Schedule for First Semester Please refer to the attached file for the detailed exam schedule for the first semester. ✅ Kindly verify the exact date and time of your exams from the schedule. ✅ Oral and practical exams (red ones) will be conducted up to one week before the written exams. ✅ The full marks for each written exam are 70. The remaining 30 marks will be allocated to mid-term assessments and class activities, and the final grade will be out of 100. ✅ During the exam period, all classes for primary and lower secondary levels (grades 1-9) will be held as usual, even on days when there are no exams. Students must attend classes regularly. ✅ Students in grades 10 to 12 will start their exams at 11:00 AM. Therefore, they must be present at school by 10:30 AM. ✅ Please note that all grades, except for upper secondary (grades 10-12), must be present at school at 7:00 AM as usual, as they have classes. ✅ Upper secondary students (grades 10-12) are required to be present in the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the start of the exam. ✅ Bringing books, notebooks, papers, or any other unnecessary items to the exam hall is strictly prohibited. ✅ Adherence to the school uniform during the exam period is mandatory. ✅ Cheating in the exam will result i a zero grade for the subject.
