The Prophet took him, joined him to his chest, kissed him in the mouth, fed him with his saliva, raised his (the Prophet) hands towards the heaven and said, ‘O Allah, I ask You to protect him and his posterity from cursed Satan.’ Then the Prophet (S) recited the azan in the right ear of his blessed newborn child and the eqama in his left ear. This child of prophethood received the world of existence with the highest psalm; it was “Allahu Akbar; Allah is Great, and la illaha illallah; there is no god but Allah.” The Prophet (S) asked Imam Ali (AS), ‘Have you named this blessed child?’ Imam Ali (AS) replied, ‘I would not precede you, O messenger of Allah.’ The Prophet (S) said, ‘And I would not precede my Lord.’ It was no long when Gabriel came down to the Prophet carrying with him the name from Allah. 2 _ یکی دیگه از کاربردهاش : To repair sth, Especially in a Temporary way تعمیر کردن چیزی، مخصوصا به صورت موقتی, یعنی شما واسه اون موقعیت کارتو راه میندازی و اون وسیله رو تقریبا تعمیر میکنی تا بعد که بیای درست حسابی تعمیرش کنی. با این مثال کاملا برات جا میفته : • Our roof leaked during that storm last night and I patched up some holes, but we really need a new one. سقف مون توی طوفان دیشب چکّه کرد و من سوراخاشو تعمیر کردم (بستم)، اما ما واقعا به یه جدیدِش نیاز داریم. Other Exmples: • He did not have enough money to have the tire patched up, let alone buy a new one. • Just to patch the boat up will cost 100 dollars. - @English_4U
