The message is as follows: In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful Salamun alaykum Your high ambition and courage in addressing this significant matter on such a broad scale, as well as your thoughtfulness in exploring possible solutions and developing a plan based on the upstream documents of the Sacred System of the Islamic Republic of Iran, are truly commendable. One of the prominent features of this plan is the preparation of a comprehensive and complete program for twelve years of primary and secondary education. It is essential to strive for excellence in all aspects and dimensions of this program. While there is no issue with initially preparing a program within the current capacity, it is crucial to continuously enhance and develop the plan during its trial implementation phase until it reaches its optimal form in all respects. Under no circumstances should the path to improvement and upgrading in any dimension or aspect be closed. It is imperative that the program be implemented nationwide within the country. This is due to various reasons, one of which is that the domestic education system also suffers from significant challenges. Additionally, this program can be utilized by other countries if needed. Other aspects of the plan consist of ideals whose realization depends on numerous conditions and constraints. Since the fulfillment of all these conditions cannot be predicted, the implementation of the plan should not be halted due to these ideals.
