🔸 Message from the President of Shahed University in condemnation of “the suppression of student and academic protests in support of the oppressed people of Gaza, and the cessation of genocide in Gaza” held at Columbia University and other universities in the US. In the Name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. The student and academic protests in America, Canada, France, as well as other parts of the world, are signs of growing concern among people with awakened consciences regarding the continued financial, political, and military support of governments such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany for the war crimes and genocide committed by the child-killing Israeli regime in Palestine who does not even refrain from killing children as casualties. It also shows the increasing concern for the disregard for human rights and international law. This global awakening heralds the world’s readiness to welcome the savior of humanity, Imam Mahdi, the Imam of the Time (may his soul be blessed). I, hereby, condemn the suppression and arrest of students and professors at American universities, especially Columbia University, by the American police. I invite students and my colleagues at universities all around the world to hold gatherings in support of the oppressed people of Gaza, and the condemnation of the genocide perpetrated by the usurping child-killing and Zionist regime. Dear colleagues around the world, the world is on the verge of a great transformation and is preparing for the advent of Imam Mahdi and Jesus Christ (peace be upon them). I bring you this good news: a beautiful world awaits us, a world free from the child-killing regime of Israel and those who atrociously support these oppressors. Now, more than ever, the emptiness of the slogan of freedom of speech by the United States government has become evident. Now, the ineffectiveness of international mechanisms, the Security Council, and the United Nations in safeguarding international peace and security has become more apparent than ever before for everyone. Therefore, I request from the scientific community and all awakened consciences worldwide not to wait for the futile political actions of the United Nations and the Security Council, but to condemn the humiliation, suppression, and human massacre in Gaza and American universities, through taking practical actions as well as voicing and expressing their opinions and concerns in the streets and universities. In the hope of a world without the Israeli regime. Ahmad Cheldavi President of Shahed University 📌 Public relations of Shahed University @shahed_pr
