Respected Parents and Students who have registered for Mashhad Trip
Salaam Alaikum
Please consider the following points regarding this travel.
🔹1- The departure train (Qom to Mashhad) has four seat-compartments and the return train (Mashhad to Qom) has six seat-compartments.
🔹2- The departure time (Qom to Mashhad) is onThursday, Feb 23, 2023 (Esfand 4, 1401) at 14:20 p.m
🔹3- The return time( Mashhad to Qom) is on Monday, Feb 27, 2023 (Esfand 8, 1401) at 12:30. p.m. The arrival time of the train to Qom is 2:10 a.m on Tuesday.
🔹4- Students must be present at the Qom train station one hour before departure. 10 minutes before departure, the train doors are closed.
🔹5- Considering the point that the train arrives in Qom at around 2:00 a.m ( after midnight) parents should make the necessary preparations to take their children back home at that time.
🔹6- Having the ID card and Passport is mandatory for all students.

Dear students who have registered for the Mashhad trip and their parents:
Pay attention to the following points regarding the Mashhad trip:
1. The departure will be on Monday, February 20, 2023
2. As you might know, we couldn’t get a direct train ticket from Qom to Mashhad, so two trains will be used in combination. First, the Qom to Tehran train and then the Tehran to Mashhad train
3. The train will leave at 12 o'clock on Monday, February 20. therefore, students need to be present at the train station one hour before the departure.
4. Unfortunately, despite all the efforts to get a return train ticket (from Mashhad to Qom), it has not yet been possible. just in case we couldn’t find any train tickets, a bus will be used on the way back.
5. It is mandatory for all the parents to attend the meeting on Sunday, February 30 at 3:00 p.m. In this meeting, we will inform you about all the programs regarding this trip inshallah.
