All students are invited to participate in this ceremony with traditional clothes and food from their country, and make it a memorable day. The event will also offer the opportunity for students to sell or purchase products created by their peers. Exams Policy 2023-2024 1-Students must be present 15 minutes before the exam schedule. Failure to reach the exam room before the door closing may result in automatic disqualification. 2- Wearing uniform is mandatory during the exam session. 3-Every student is required to sit in a seat specified to him and any seating arrangements outside of this will result in automatic disqualification. 4- Any writing on the seats must be immediately notified to the supervisors. 5- Do not bring extra papers. Extra papers will be available during the exams. Be careful to write your name on extra papers and it will be stapled on the exam paper. 6- Do not bring water, food or other items that may distract others. 7- Using calculator depends on teacher’s consent. 8- Students are not allowed to bring any or digital devices (mobile phone, smart watch, etc.), books, notebooks, pamphlets or notes. If found, it will be considered cheating and it will result in a deduction of 20 marks for primary school. While for middle school and high school it will result a zero in that subject. 9- Placing any kind of mark on the exam paper for cheating purposes in primary school results in a deduction of 20 marks, while in middle school and primary school it leads to a zero in that subject. 10- Answering exam questions by looking at other students' exam papers or talking to them, using or attempting to use unauthorized materials such as books, notes, and other prohibited resources, or exchanging notes and similar methods, in the primary school, results in a deduction of 30 marks, in the middle school it leads to a mark of zero in that subject, and in the high school, it results in disqualification and earning a zero score in all exams of that term. 11- There are several actions that can result in receiving a score of zero in a particular subject. These actions include taking an exam paper out of the examination center, writing an exam paper for another student, using an exam paper written by another student, and participating in the exchange of answer sheets. In primary school, these actions will lead to a zero mark in that subject. In middle school, they will also result in a zero mark in that subject and general behavior mark. In high school, these actions will result in complete disqualification from the exams and receiving a zero mark in all subjects for that term. 12- Sending someone else in place of oneself to the exam session, disrupting the order of the session or the examination center, disclosing or using leaked exam questions, or participating in their disclosure, in the primary school, results in a zero in that subject and general behavior mark. In the middle school and high school, it leads to obtaining a zero in all subjects during that term, being deprived of all subsequent exams, and being reported to the appropriate judicial authorities. آئین نامه امتحانات ۲۰۲۴-۲۰۲۳ ۱- دانش‌آموزان باید ۱۵ دقیقه قبل از زمان برگزاری آزمون در مدرسه حاضر باشند. به محض شروع امتحان درب سالن امتحانات بسته خواهد شد و هیچ کس اجازه ورود نخواهد داشت. ۲- پوشیدن یونیفرم در طول جلسه آزمون الزامی است. ۳- هر دانش‌آموز موظف است در صندلی مشخص شده برای خود نشسته و هرگونه جابجایی صندلی و تغییر شماره منجر به محرومیت می‌شود. ۴- هر نوشته‌ای روی صندلی‌ها باید فوراً به ناظران اطلاع داده شود. ۵- به هیچ وجه کاغذ اضافی نیاورید. کاغذهای اضافی در طول آزمون در دسترس خواهند بود. مراقب باشید که نام خود را روی کاغذهای اضافی بنویسید و آنها به کاغذ آزمون منگنه خواهند شد. ۶- آوردن آب، غذا یا سایر اقلامی که ممکن است حواس دیگران را پرت کنند، ممنوع است. ۷- استفاده از ماشین حساب بستگی به اجازه معلم درس مربوطه دارد. ۸- به همراه داشتن هر نوعی از وسایل دیجیتال (تلفن همراه، ساعت هوشمند و...)، کتاب، دفتر، جزوه یا یادداشت نیستند. در صورت مشاهده هر کدام از موارد فوق، به عنوان تقلب در نظر گرفته خواهد شد و منجر به کسر ۲۰ نمره برای مدرسه ابتدایی می‌شود. برای مقاطع متوسطه و اول و دوم، این موضوع منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس خواهد شد. ۹- قرار دادن هر نوع علامت بر روی کاغذ آزمون به منظور تقلب در مدرسه ابتدایی منجر به کسر ۲۰ نمره، در مقاطع متوسطه اول و دوم منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس خواهد شد. ۱۰- پاسخ دادن به سؤالات آزمون با نگاه به برگه امتحانی دیگر دانش‌آموزان یا صحبت با آن‌ها، استفاده یا تلاش برای استفاده از موارد غیرمجاز مانند کتاب‌ها، یادداشت‌ها و منابع ممنوعه دیگر، یا تبادل یادداشت و روش‌های مشابه، در مدرسه ابتدایی منجر به کسر ۳۰ نمره، در مقطع متوسطه اول منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس و در مقطع متوسطه دوم منجر به حذف و دریافت نمره صفر در تمام آزمون‌های آن ترم خواهد شد. ۱۱- اعمال گوناگونی وجود دارد که ممکن است منجر به دریافت صفر در یک درس خاص شود. این اعمال شامل خارج کردن برگه امتحان از سالن امتحانات، نوشتن برگه امتحان برای دانش‌آموز دیگر، استفاده از برگه امتحانی نوشته شده توسط دانش‌آموز دیگر و شرکت در تبادل پاسخنامه و روش‌های مشابه است. در مدارس ابتدایی، این اعمال منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس خواهد شد. در مقطع متوسطه اول، همچنین منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس و نمرۀ انضباط خواهد شد. در مقطع متوسطه دوم، این اعمال منجر به حذف کامل از آزمون‌ها و دریافت صفر در تمام درس‌های آن ترم خواهد شد. ۱۲- فرستادن فرد دیگر به جای خود به جلسۀ آزمون، اختلال در ترتیب جلس یا سالن امتحانات، فاش کردن یا استفاده از سؤالات آزمون لو رفت یا شرکت در لو رفتن آن‌ها، در مدارس ابتدایی منجر به صفر شدن نمرۀ آن درس و نمره انضباط خواهد شد. در مقاطع متوسطه اول و دوم، دانش آموز متخلف در همه دروس آن ترم نمره صفر کسب خواهد کرد ، حق شرکت در همۀ آزمون‌های نوبت بعدی را از دست خواهد داد و موضوع به مراجع قضایی ذی صلاح گزارش می‌گردد. دپارتمان آموزش #مدرسه_طاها #مدرسه_پسرانه #امتحانات
