He heard nothing for a few seconds and then the operator said, 'Hullo, you wanted to speak to someone in the Accounts Department, didn't you?' 'Yes, that's right,' Mr. Jones answered. 'Would you like to speak to Mr. Hankinson?' the operator said. 'Yes, that'll be all right,' Mr. Jones said patiently. It doesn't matter who I speak to. در همین حسرت که یک شب راکنارت، مانده ام در همان پس کوچه ها در انتظارت مانده ام کوچه اما انتهایش بی کسی بن بست نیست کوچه ای از بی کسی را بیقرارت مانده ام مثل دردی مبهم از بیدار بودن خسته ام در بلنداهای یلدا خسته، زارت مانده ام در همان یلدا مرا تا صبح ،دل زد فال عشق فال آمد خسته ای از این که یارت مانده ام فال تا آمد مرا گفتی که دیگر، مرده دل وز همان جا تا به امشب، داغدارت مانده ام خوب می دانم قماری بیش این دنیا نبود من ولی در حسرت بُردی، خمارت مانده ام سرد می آید به چشم مست من چشمت و باز از همین یلدا به عشق آن بهارت مانده ام
