Every year, like clockwork, she would make me zereshk polo ba morgh, which is like sour cranberries with Persian rice and chicken. It’s such a beautiful, beautiful dish. These three women that I grew up with, they knew I loved zereshk polo ba morgh. They had everything else for everybody else, but for me, it would always be this meal. And it just reminds me of home, and I’m craving it right now.) Azad: So, love, bro. Take care.
