Dear students who have registered for the Mashhad trip and their parents:
Pay attention to the following points regarding the Mashhad trip:
1. The departure will be on Monday, February 20, 2023
2. As you might know, we couldn’t get a direct train ticket from Qom to Mashhad, so two trains will be used in combination. First, the Qom to Tehran train and then the Tehran to Mashhad train
3. The train will leave at 12 o'clock on Monday, February 20. therefore, students need to be present at the train station one hour before the departure.
4. Unfortunately, despite all the efforts to get a return train ticket (from Mashhad to Qom), it has not yet been possible. just in case we couldn’t find any train tickets, a bus will be used on the way back.
5. It is mandatory for all the parents to attend the meeting on Sunday, February 30 at 3:00 p.m. In this meeting, we will inform you about all the programs regarding this trip inshallah.

قابل توجه دانش آموزانی که برای اردوی مشهد ثبت نام کرده اند و والدین گرامی:
در خصوص برنامه اردوی مشهد مقدس شیفت پسران به نکات زیر توجه کنید:
1- زمان حرکت اردو دوشنبه اول اسفند 1401 است.
2- با توجه به اینکه امکان تهیه بلیط قطار مستقیم از قم به مشهد فراهم نشد، به صورت ترکیبی از دو قطار استفاده خواهد شد. ابتدا قطار قم به تهران و سپس قطار تهران به مشهد تهیه شده است.
3- زمان حرکت قطار قم ساعت 12 روز دوشنبه اول اسفند است.
4- دانش آموزان هنگام رفتن لازم است یک ساعت قبل از حرکت در ایستگاه راه آهن قم حاضر باشند. 10 دقیقه قبل از حرکت، درب قطار بسته می شود.
5- متاسفانه تاکنون با وجود تلاش های زیاد همکاران برای تهیه بلیط قطار برگشت (مشهد به قم)، هنوز امکان تهیه بلیط برگشت قطار فراهم نشده است. در صورت عدم تهیه قطار، در مسیر بازگشت از اتوبوس استفاده خواهد شد.
6- شرکت والدین در جلسه توجیهی اردو در روز یکشنبه 30 اسفند ساعت 15 الزامی است.
7- اسامی واجدین شرایط شرکت کننده در اردوی مشهد مقدس در پیوست ارائه می شود.
