🛑قوانین و مقرراتی که در طول امتحانات پایان ترم باید مورد توجه قرار گیردبه شرح زیراست:
✅۱. دانش آموزان قبل از شروع امتحانات، تاریخ و ساعت امتحان را به طور کامل از روي برنامه ی امتحانی خود چک کنند.
✅ ۲. کلیه دانش آموزان 30دقیقه قبل از شروع امتحان در مدرسه و 15دقیقه قبل از شروع امتحان در سالن امتحان حضور داشته باشند
✅ ۳. دانش آموزان باید پس از ورود به جلسه امتحان بر روي صندلی هایی که مربوط به شماره خودشان است، بنشینند.
✅۴. دانش آموزان باید ازجابجایی صندلی ها، کندن شماره صندلی ها و یا نوشتن روی انها پرهیز نمایند
✅ ۵. از آوردن کتاب یا جزوات درسی و هر وسیله اضافی به سالن امتحانات پرهیز نمایند و همراه داشتن آن ها تخلف و تقلب محسوب می شود
✅ ۶. همراه داشتن موبایل در جلسه امتحان تخلف و تقلب محسوب می شود، حتی اگرخاموش باشد.
✅۷. هر گونه نوشته بر روي دست، برگه، دسته صندلی، شماره صندلی، حتی در صورتیکه مرتبط با موضوع و سوالات امتحان نباشد، تخلف و تقلب محسوب می گردد
✅ ۸. تبادل هر گونه لوازم التحریر، ماشین حساب و امثال آن در جلسه امتحان ممنوع می باشد.استفاده از ماشین حساب فقط در امتحاناتی که مجوز استفاده آن توسط استاد اعلام شده مجاز می باشد.در غیر اینصورت استفاده از آن تخلف محسوب می شود
✅ ۹. دانش آموزان موظفند پس از اتمام زمان امتحان اوراق امتحانی را به مراقب تحویل داده و فورا جلسه را ترک کنند و از تجمع در پشت درب سالن امتحانات پرهیز نمایند تا خللی در برگزاري آزمون ایجاد نگردد.
✅۱۰. بدیهی است که دانش آموزان، ملزم به پوشیدن لباس فرم هستند.

🛑The rules and regulations to be taken into consideration during the End-Term Exams are as follows:
✅ 1. First of all, students should check the timetable and the exact date and the time of the exams carefully.
✅ 2. 30 minutes before the exams the students must be present at school and 15 minutes before,they should be present at the exams hall.
✅ 3. All the students must take their own seat according to their own seat number given to them previously.
✅ 4. Students should avoid moving the chairs, writing on or scratching the seat numbers.
✅ 5. Students are not allowed to bring any extra items with them into the exam hall.
✅ 6. Carrying mobile phone during the exam session is considered as violation of the rules and cheating, even if it is turned off.
✅ 7. writing any notes on the hands, sheets, chair handles, seat numbers, even if it is not related to the topic and questions of the exam, is considered as violation of the rules and cheating.
✅ 8. It is forbidden to exchange any stationeries, calculator and so on, during the exam session. using calculator is allowed only in the case that the relevant teacher gives the permission Otherwise, using it is considered as violation.
✅ 9. Finishing the exam, each student must hand over the exam sheets to the invigilator and leave the session immediately. Gthering behind the gate of the exam hall is not allowed in order to disturb the others in the session.
✅10. All the students must wear the Schools uniform.

Salaam Alaikum,
The file above contains the second End-Term exams timetable with Iranian calendar added to it for making it easier to check the exams date and to have on time transportation during the exams. InshaAllah all the students will be present at school in determined dates and times.
Reminder: For grades 1 to 6, the exam session begins at 8:00 am and for grades 7 to 12 it starts at 10:30 am. All the students should be at school at least 30 minutes before the exams.

🌿دانش آموزان عزیز و خانواده‌های گرامی سلام علیکم،
جهت سهولت استفاده از برنامه ی امتحانی، در فایل فوق، روز و زمان امتحان به تاریخ شمسی نیز گذاشته شده است تا مشکلی در رفت و آمد دانش آموزان پیش نیاید و ان شاالله همه ی دانش آموزان در تاریخ و ساعت معین برای امتحان در مدرسه حضور یابند.
یادآوری: امتحانات پایه های اول تا ششم راس ساعت 8:00 صبح و امتحانات پایه های هفتم تا دوازدهم راس ساعت 10:30 صبح شروع می شود و کلیه دانش‌آموزان می‌بایست حداقل 30دقیقه قبل از امتحان در مدرسه حاضر باشند.

International Culture day Festival
On the occasion of the blessed birthdays of Imam Reza (a) and Lady Masoumeh (s.a), and on the last day of school, the third culture festival will be held on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024. All students are invited to participate in this ceremony with traditional clothes and food from their country, and make it a memorable day. The event will also offer the opportunity for students to sell or purchase products created by their peers. We extend a warm welcome to all students to participate in this joyous event.
به مناسب ایام پربرکت ولادت حضرت امام رضا علیه السلام و حضرت معصومه سلام الله علیها (موسوم به دهه کرامت) و در آخرین روزهای مدرسه، سومین جشنواره فرهنگ در روز چهارشنبه مورخ ۲۶ اردیبهشت ماه برگزار میشود. از همه دانش آموزان دعوت میشود با لباس و غذای سنتی کشور خود ا در این مراسم شرکت کنند. و روز خاطره انگیزی را رقم بزنند.

Exams Policy 2023-2024
1-Students must be present 15 minutes before the exam schedule. Failure to reach the exam room before the door closing may result in automatic disqualification.
2- Wearing uniform is mandatory during the exam session.
3-Every student is required to sit in a seat specified to him and any seating arrangements outside of this will result in automatic disqualification.
4- Any writing on the seats must be immediately notified to the supervisors.
5- Do not bring extra papers. Extra papers will be available during the exams. Be careful to write your name on extra papers and it will be stapled on the exam paper.
6- Do not bring water, food or other items that may distract others.
7- Using calculator depends on teacher’s consent.
8- Students are not allowed to bring any or digital devices (mobile phone, smart watch, etc.), books, notebooks, pamphlets or notes. If found, it will be considered cheating and it will result in a deduction of 20 marks for primary school. While for middle school and high school it will result a zero in that subject.
9- Placing any kind of mark on the exam paper for cheating purposes in primary school results in a deduction of 20 marks, while in middle school and primary school it leads to a zero in that subject.
10- Answering exam questions by looking at other students' exam papers or talking to them, using or attempting to use unauthorized materials such as books, notes, and other prohibited resources, or exchanging notes and similar methods, in the primary school, results in a deduction of 30 marks, in the middle school it leads to a mark of zero in that subject, and in the high school, it results in disqualification and earning a zero score in all exams of that term.
11- There are several actions that can result in receiving a score of zero in a particular subject. These actions include taking an exam paper out of the examination center, writing an exam paper for another student, using an exam paper written by another student, and participating in the exchange of answer sheets. In primary school, these actions will lead to a zero mark in that subject. In middle school, they will also result in a zero mark in that subject and general behavior mark. In high school, these actions will result in complete disqualification from the exams and receiving a zero mark in all subjects for that term.
12- Sending someone else in place of oneself to the exam session, disrupting the order of the session or the examination center, disclosing or using leaked exam questions, or participating in their disclosure, in the primary school, results in a zero in that subject and general behavior mark. In the middle school and high school, it leads to obtaining a zero in all subjects during that term, being deprived of all subsequent exams, and being reported to the appropriate judicial authorities.

آئین نامه امتحانات ۲۰۲۴-۲۰۲۳
۱- دانش‌آموزان باید ۱۵ دقیقه قبل از زمان برگزاری آزمون در مدرسه حاضر باشند. به محض شروع امتحان درب سالن امتحانات بسته خواهد شد و هیچ کس اجازه ورود نخواهد داشت.
۲- پوشیدن یونیفرم در طول جلسه آزمون الزامی است.
۳- هر دانش‌آموز موظف است در صندلی مشخص شده برای خود نشسته و هرگونه جابجایی صندلی و تغییر شماره منجر به محرومیت میشود.
۴- هر نوشته‌ای روی صندلی‌ها باید فوراً به ناظران اطلاع داده شود.
۵- به هیچ وجه کاغذ اضافی نیاورید. کاغذهای اضافی در طول آزمون در دسترس خواهند بود. مراقب باشید که نام خود را روی کاغذهای اضافی بنویسید و آنها به کاغذ آزمون منگنه خواهند شد.
۶- آوردن آب، غذا یا سایر اقلامی که ممکن است حواس دیگران را پرت کنند، ممنوع است.
۷- استفاده از ماشین حساب بستگی به اجازه معلم درس مربوطه دارد.
۸- به همراه داشتن هر نوعی از وسایل دیجیتال (تلفن همراه، ساعت هوشمند و...)، کتاب، دفتر، جزوه یا یادداشت نیستند. در صورت مشاهده هر کدام از موارد فوق، به عنوان تقلب در نظر گرفته خواهد شد و منجر به کسر ۲۰ نمره برای مدرسه ابتدایی میشود. برای مقاطع متوسطه و اول و دوم، این موضوع منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس خواهد شد.
۹- قرار دادن هر نوع علامت بر روی کاغذ آزمون به منظور تقلب در مدرسه ابتدایی منجر به کسر ۲۰ نمره، در مقاطع متوسطه اول و دوم منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس خواهد شد.
۱۰- پاسخ دادن به سؤالات آزمون با نگاه به برگه امتحانی دیگر دانش‌آموزان یا صحبت با آنها، استفاده یا تلاش برای استفاده از موارد غیرمجاز مانند کتاب‌ها، یادداشت‌ها و منابع ممنوعه دیگر، یا تبادل یادداشت و روش‌های مشابه، در مدرسه ابتدایی منجر به کسر ۳۰ نمره، در مقطع متوسطه اول منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس و در مقطع متوسطه دوم منجر به حذف و دریافت نمره صفر در تمام آزمون‌های آن ترم خواهد شد.
۱۱- اعمال گوناگونی وجود دارد که ممکن است منجر به دریافت صفر در یک درس خاص شود. این اعمال شامل خارج کردن برگه امتحان از سالن امتحانات، نوشتن برگه امتحان برای دانش‌آموز دیگر، استفاده از برگه امتحانی نوشته شده توسط دانش‌آموز دیگر و شرکت در تبادل پاسخنامه و روش‌های مشابه است. در مدارس ابتدایی، این اعمال منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس خواهد شد. در مقطع متوسطه اول، همچنین منجر به صفر شدن نمره در آن درس و نمرۀ انضباط خواهد شد. در مقطع متوسطه دوم، این اعمال منجر به حذف کامل از آزمون‌ها و دریافت صفر در تمام درس‌های آن ترم خواهد شد.
۱۲- فرستادن فرد دیگر به جای خود به جلسۀ آزمون، اختلال در ترتیب جلس یا سالن امتحانات، فاش کردن یا استفاده از سؤالات آزمون لو رفت یا شرکت در لو رفتن آنها، در مدارس ابتدایی منجر به صفر شدن نمرۀ آن درس و نمره انضباط خواهد شد. در مقاطع متوسطه اول و دوم، دانش آموز متخلف در همه دروس آن ترم نمره صفر کسب خواهد کرد ، حق شرکت در همۀ آزمون‌های نوبت بعدی را از دست خواهد داد و موضوع به مراجع قضایی ذی صلاح گزارش می‌گردد.
