#شیفت_پسران #آزمون_ترم_دوم والدین و دانش آموزان گرامی به چند نکته زیر توجه کنید: 1- به تاریخ و زمان دقیق آزمون کاملا دقت کنید. 2- مدت هر آزمون ممکن است بین 60 تا 150 دقیقه باشد. لذا قبل از شروع آزمون از مدت زمان آن مطمئن شوید. 3- در پاسخ به سوالات دقت کنید، زیرا پس از پاسخ به سوال و رد شدن از آن، امکان بازگشت به سوال قبلی وجود ندارد. 4- امتحانات پایه های نهم و دوازدهم به صورت حضوری برگزار می شود. لذا تنها دانش آموزانی می توانند در امتحان نهایی شرکت کنند که در تاریخ مشخص شده هر درس در مدرسه حضور فیزیکی داشته باشند. و دسترسی سایر دانش آموزان به امتحان بسته خواهد شد. 5- دانش آموزان پایه های نهم و دوازدهم که خارج از کشور هستند و امکان بازگشت به ایران برایشان مقدور نیست، لازم است هنگام برگزاری امتحان یک دوربین از پشت سر به سمت کامپیوتر و یا لب تاب و ... با زاویه 45 درجه فعال باشد. در غیر اینصورت از شرکت در امتحان ممانعت به عمل می آید و یا اینکه نمره ای در آن درس برایشان ثبت نمی شود. #BoysShift #2nd_End_Term_Examintion Dear Parents and students please pay attention to the following points: 1- Pay more attention to the exact start time of the exam. 2- The duration of the End Term exams is between 60 minutes or more up to 150 minutes. (Pay more attention to this point before each exam) 3- Ensure you have answered the questions properly before proceeding to the next question, as there is no returning back. 4- The second term (final) exams of grades 9 and 12 must be held in person (on-campus). Therefore, only those students who are physically present at the school on the exam’s dates will be able to participate in the final exams and the access of other students to LMS will be restricted. We will update you with further information in this regard. 5- Students of grades 9 and 12, who are studying online outside of Iran, and it is not possible for them to return to Iran for the examinations: it is necessary for you to have a video camera, live streaming yourself to the supervisor of the examination. The camera should be mounted behind you and angled at you during the examination. Otherwise, you may be suspended/expelled from the examination, rendering the examination invalid. Dear Parents and Students of Grades 9 and 12 22nd of May is the first day of your examinations and based on Education Ministry decision those who live in Qom should be present at school to take their exams. The Girls shift has decided to give the on-campus exams on paper. Those dear students who are not in Qom should take their exams on-line via lms (by entering the Girls_Examinations and then the course they are supposed to take its exam, the rest is the same as last term). No excuse is acceptable and skipping any exam means failing in that exam. *Note* 1.Those students who take on campus exams should be at school 30 minutes before the exam. Please bring bottled water, snack and everything you need to take the exam. 2.Wearing mask is compulsory 3.Teachers are available during the exams to answer the students questions. 4. Please check the timetable carefully and before starting the exam check the time duration of each exam to be able to manage your time. Don't rush because there is no back button. 5. To follow the instructions of Ministry of Education for online exams, you are supposed to activate a camera to have live streaming during examinations. So you need two devices (you can use a cell phone as an extra device). With one device you take your exam on lms and the other device set behind you which shows you live taking the exam. A session is made on Lms, BBB, like your classes for each exam and students who are not in Iran should join that session and turn on their webcam while taking their exams. Teachers also join that session during the exams to make it more convenient for students to ask their questions.
